    - I talk about official rom, not xiaomi eu (boot image) - AFAIK replace recovery with twrp don't work on miui 8. At least on redmi 3

    I don't know about MI5 but at redmi 3 we should cooking boot image if we want flash official rom with twrp. Or you can flash via miflash with tar rom (twrp will be gone)

    Nope,, i can confirm all those your problems working well for me. Try clear dalvik&cache, if your problems still appears then reflash rom.

    I don't have such problem with same device. Try wipe davilk cache first, if problem still occur then reinstall rom
