Well, I think somehow this A12 is really caused lags on my Mi10Ultra for unknown reason. Can I ask how do I go back to last A11 weekly? I assume I have to use the fastboot method, but I'm not sure what files need to be used/replaced.

There is an app called "Updater". It can help you check for updates and install after you confirm it. But it will reboot into TWRP to install the ROM.

When you enter twrp via update, yes update can be flashed. But if you see the logs behind, it says decrypt failed. When you entered recovery manually, it will say decrypt failed and can't access the storage (everything encrypted) Anyway, pattern works. ;)
