Hi you can use Health Sync to sync your steps to the Mi fit app. I use it with samsung health to google fit. Maybe It could help you

I use command for adb, it doesn´t erase at all but at least I don´t see these apps when I upload the system. I would like to erase or debloat miui sms app. I prefer google messages

I want the same but it can't be, you have to install it and chose as default. So you will have two dialers and two message apps. I hope in a future we can chose this default apps and do not have two kinds of each app
