I had the same problem on redmi note 3 pro and wipe dalvik and cache from twrp solved the problem.

Try wiping dalvik and cache from twrp first. If that doesn't help, you will need to do a factory reset

I have the same always awake problem since this release on my redmi note 3 pro (kenzo). It's also android system that's draining the battery. I haven't installed anything new for at least a month so there must be a problem with the rom

Flash twrp (link in post 1 or 2) and then try flashing the rom from updater or twrp (I would use twrp becuase I trust it more than th3 updater). If you use twrp, wipe dalvik and cache before and after flashing the rom, all data should be there after rebooting. But make a backup in twrp before...

I use titanium backup but your phone needs to be rooted for that. Photos, videos and music are all stored on the sd card and contats on google. However, titanium doesn't always backup/restore bank apps properly so I need to obtain the keys from the bank occasionally.

In twrp delete everything except sd card and then flash the rom. After flashing delete dalvik and cache and reboot. Yes, you will lose all data so make a backup before. There's an option in twrp but I never used it so I'm not sure what exactly gets backed up

Same here... Redmi note 3 pro - kenzo. It appears in search in red color under additional options. When I tap it, it tries to launch region but then it switches back to search results with region in red color. When I go under additional options, there is no region.
