Why would you want to install twrp if it already had twrp (if it didn't, how did even flash it)? Go to fastboot, reflash twrp for your device, reboot to twrp (vol up+power), flash rom, flash dfe, boot. You need to format data if you're coming from stock miui. Mi 9T Pro ll Tapatalk
