Not Wipe!!! Make "Format Data", then you will see a field in which you must manually confirm by typing "yes" in the field that will appear.

Did you do "Format Data" in TWRP, not just wipe/factory reset? It's mandatory!

Usually the first boot takes a lot longer than normal. Just wait for it.

I'm not sure if there will be a 12.0.6 based ROM. They rushed to run 12.1.2 (which is actually stable BETA and not very usable) in the stable channel. I think we should rather wait for a really stable 12.1.x.x ....

If you can't find it, it hasn't been released yet. :)

The only way to brick a xiaomi phone is to re-lock the bootloader with an unofficial ROM. As far as I know you can lock the bootloader only through Mi Flash tool. The toggle in developer options cannot lock the bootloader.

Maybe the app check in developer options and see its enabled. Try to disable it. As far as I'm informed, it's not used in Xiaomi devices for a very long time. This toggle does nothing.

Very strange... Did you check SafetyNet pass or fail? If fails can be a bug in this version. Here is the discussion with same problem: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/poco-f2-pro-flashed-stable-miui-12-rom-failing-safetynet-and-google-play-cert.56519/

What is the phone model? In xiaomi.eu MI 10 Pro ROMs OEM Unlocking is disabled by default and I can do all the things that can be done with an official ROM like use a fingerprint for banking applications and pay with NFC without any problems.

You probably used different phones. Last stable on Mi 10 is 12.0.8, last stable on Mi 10 Pro is 12.0.4.

I also have mi 10 pro and updated to 12.1.2. Very unstable and full of bugs, almost unusable. I recommend going back to 12.0.4 and waiting for the next stable update.

Same here. Mi 10 Pro android 11 stable update is total lag, buggy and crash. However, I guess that the developers will soon fix it and reupload it again :)

Play Protect certification didn't pass on Mi 10

This is very strange. I have Mi 10 Pro CN version and use it with xiaomi.eu 12.0.2 stable. I have no problems. SafetyNet Check passes. I even use Google Pay on my phone.
