Anybody now how to get the other 3 default themes for MIUI7 from Global ROM...? I noticed there is some differences between the themes included in China Developer and Global Developer ROM, such as the lockscreen for High Life themes is different.

Nobody forced you to install TWRP Recovery, but if you want to install custom ROM from Xiaomi.EU or MIUI Polska, it would be better to use TWRP instead of stock Mi Recovery. After all, it's your choice.
