Because of this issue wireless charging on Mi 9 crashes and it stops charging. With any animation turned on it crashes. When set to no animation it will work.

After turning off charging animation surprisingly it works with no problems!

Issue occured after updating from Global stable to 20.12.28 and still occurs on 21.1.6. Whenever I charge my phone using original Xiaomi 20W Qi desk charger or 20W Qi car charger my phone stops charging after a few minutes, then restores charging after like one minute and whole process repeates...

On Mi 9 wireless charging is stopping every few minutes.

Will there be 12.29 for Mi 9? Is clean install safe now?

Seems like it's restored now on 11.06. Can anyone confirm? It's not out yet for Mi 9 so I can't test.

Could you maybe reupload Mi 9 update somewhere? It shows it will take 8 hours downloading from Sourceforge, and it's not available on AFH yet. NVM downloading from different mirror.

Afair last year Miui 11 leaked few weeks before presentation, andXiaomi.eu got relased same day or day after it was officially presented. Correct me if I'm wrong

I flashed it via TWRP but animation still doesn't show up on Mi 9.
