Can't, it doesn't have Boost Charge. Is there no possible way to flash this ROM?

The latest updated Mix 4 is TWRP version at 4.2GB but I understood that TWRP for Mix 4 can't read or write files over 3.5GB? How can it be flashed in that case?

The latest stable uploaded yesterday with the Boost Chrge feature is for TWRP (not fastboot) but is over 3.5GB. I thought any ROM over that size had to be fastboot for MIx 4? Anyone care to confirm that larger file sizes can now be flashed with TWRP? Should there be a fastboot version in that case?

Can anyone explain to a beginner why there is a changelog of MIX 4/Odin features ('Boost Charge') but no actual weeklies being produced due to incoming Android 12 preparation? I don't understand the concept of a changelog for something which is not available, therefore the changes are not...
