To activate Google assistant you have to set it as default app for "assistance and vocal input". Go in Settings/App and at the bottom press Default App. The last is "assistance and vocal input". Select App Google as assistance app. Now it should work. At least this is what I did to make it work... -

Same on my Mi4C. I have tried on 2 pcs: on one is working perfectly; on the other only usb, photos but not file transfer. It is something related to the drivers, I supposed. I installed the last drivers on the one that is not working ... any idea? The last ROM is very good! Thank you! -

On my Mi4c I am running 7.2.9 and I want to upgrade it to 7.2.16. My bootloader is unlocked, and I have the last TWRP for android 7 installed. What is the best way to do it. Via the new TWRP or selecting zip in Updater? Thank you for your help -

On my Mi4c I went back and forth 7.2.9 and 6.12.22 because of the battery drain. At the moment I am smoothly running 6.12.22 again, but my bootloader is locked. Yesterday I was able to unlock the bootloader once. Now, I am not able anymore to unlock it (using the official xiaomi procedure), I am...
