    I also experienced those lacks in the back gesture and delayed notifications. In my case I dirty flashed the weekly ROM over the Stable. Did you perform a clean flash? Didn't try the SIM trick but I don't think this can solve the issue.

Lags when moving back to previous menu, notifications not showing up, plus some strange behavior with phone calls and SMS. I've to admit that I switched from stable to weekly without formating...
