I flashed JLB10 and still the same issue so I guess that the device's screen driver is not good. Any suggestions before I ship the device back to China? Maybe I can do something with MiFlash? Are there drivers to burn from the micro USB port? so I can burn it fro the screen? Thanks.

You don't have to hold the icon, just place it in the top left are of the mail launcher screen and wait. In my device it vanishes. I have this problem through all interface.

Try to place an icon in the launcher at the top left area of the screen and see if it sometimes vanishe after some time on the launcher screen, not always, but sometimes.

Seems it still happens when this feature is turned off... Hopefully it will be fixed in later versions.

Seems to me that the problem happens when "rounded corners" is enabled. I've disabled it and it seems to solve the issue. Can you please try to disable it and let me know if it works for you?
