Have a note pro and got RN3P for testing. Other than heat, the note pro is much better, much thinner, better camera and display. On the downsides there is no FP and infra, the battery is also better on the RN3P.

Mi note pro is a great phone. Very thin and powerful. Feels premium and the display is of 2k and the camera has stabilization which the RN3 does not have. I think that Mi note pro is better.
