If you have the money for it, go with the S version. Newer chipset and yeah, the 32GB has a new camera too. But the camera isn't that important (I'm a dslr user, so imo all phone camera's are a joke), the newer Snapdragon 600 with the krait 300 cores @ 1.7Ghz is.

Wait, what? My 16GB M2S doesn't support 5Ghz wifi; I have 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz in my house, but when it scans it only finds the 2.4Ghz router. It never even finds the 5Ghz one (even when I'm right next to it).
