Sounds like driver conflict. Can you try remove all other drivers (MiFlash....) and reinstall the driver?

Did you install the driver successfully? Have your PC recognized your phone?

If you haven't unlock your bootloader, try to grab a ROM for Flash Tool. It's fast and convinient
