i got really low geekbench 5 scores after installing this build, single core went from 1.1k to 800 and multi core from 3.6k to 3.3k do you know what might cause this?

Is it possible to clear dalvik and /data/system/package_cache folder without root and twrp? I'm running 21.3.31 on the mi 11.
