I have entered all these additional options in SMS&MMS/Calls and contacts but in any of these I didnt see Mi Cloud, there are only installed apps, not the system ones :/

I assigned photos to some of ma contacts, but when I have an incoming call or when Im calling somebody, its just a grey screen and no contact photo (which is visible when I enter Contacts). Is it a bug? I have newest libra dev rom.

You dont understand me :) I can see the contact photos when Im in contacts, but when a contact calls me or when I call that contact, my phone doesnt show the picture assigned to that contact. But when I enter the contacts, the picture is there.
