Any idea why it won't install on Xiaomi MI 10 Ultra? Says that the file isn't correct? I'm using TWRP to install the weekly release.

At the end I was able to solve it by wiping all down with TWRP, format and wipe. I installed the last possible weekly. From what I get it's not possible to install the two latest due to their size or incompatibility.

Thank you very much. I tried to install TWRP over the old TWRP, but it didn't work, I will try to wipe all out and start from scratch. Any particular version of TWRP that you suggest for the Mi 10 Ultra?

Ok, now I don't know how to use that program, I will look into it. Will it wife out TWRP too?

Already done it, or better yet, I'm changing the file system? Do you think a format would be better? I can install the weekly release, but keep on going back to TWRP. Any suggestion?

I had the same issue, I was able to repair the file table and access the folder with the weekly zip, but now TWRP tells me "Invalid zip file format!", I tried several files. Ok, I had to go back to an old version and it installed the file, xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10Ultra_21.10.20_v12-11.zip , but...

It's more like "every update" is buggy. Every time I try to load the file from the web, the updater get stuck somewhere :( This time all the phone freezes every time I try to use the updater for the Weekly distribution.

Sorry, don't know because I use the default launcher, I'm trying to keep it basic to have compatibility.

Sorry, I just would like to be 101 sure to attempt this thing from the Update screen. Anyway I still have installed TWRP, so I could install the image with that too.

Curious, in my normal Update screen, the one its' not working when asking for an update (Weekly 21.3.17 installed), I see the three dots in the top right corner, it says "Chose update package", can I select another Weekly downloaded update from there? I bet no, it would be too easy, LOL

Really weird, I've installed the MIUI 12.5 - 21.3.17 and I still have all my old data, phone untouched except for the MUI version.

Ok, I found another TWRP and this is working, booted by itself in recovery mode, installing ROM.... let's see, finger crossed. Slowly starting the New ROM.... And it's a go !

I'm I getting this right? If I flash a second time using your ROM I WON'T DELETE my data? (now I have this installed xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10Ultra_20.9.3_v12-10-fastboot ) Problem is that there is no fastboot recent version for the Mi 10 Ultra, LOL. Because for direct flashing I need a fastboot...

Thx Zencooler. Unfortunately that's not an option at the moment. I will find a way to flash it from the simulated Windows. There is a procedure to do to launch correctly commands.
