Installed latest on my Mi4c without problems but now the phone feels sluguish and batery performance is terrible compared to previous ver. Internet speed with mobile data feels also very VERY slow... Question: To downgrade to previous ver is only necessary flash and clear dalvik and cache?

I don't think u can downgrade without unlocking the bootloader... With 6.12.22 i had a bit problem with battery duration, that got better with 7.2.9, but now without the frikin bootloader i can't continue updating... :(

Nop, don't have that option, only the OEM unlocking is available.

OEM unlock already turned it on, but can't find the location to add the account & device.
