I can help you with the number formatting, but not sure about the rest :) If you flash the following file, you'll get danish language too.. The danish format is just plain 12345678 in this one. Use it if you like, but it is from MIUI XJ version, not Miuiandroid. Only difference is a few apks...

What do you mean with more settings? MIUI AU is basically miui with added apn settings for australian users.. Hence the "AU".. The main differences between the 3 versions is just stock layout, perhaps a few pre-installed apps, maybe the kernels too.. But all in all, MIUI core and it's functions...
