It's working on Redmi 3 pro, but every time I do system backup or instal rom update, I have to do widget from the beggining. The best way is to make backup in power toggles app.

Sorry Mate, but if u didn't unlock bootloader, You probably have it locked. I'm also new here, just find some time and read how it has to be done step by step.

If You have unlocked bootloader, TWRP installed and one of the xiaomi.eu roms in your phone, You can download V8 from download section STABLE RELEASES/MIUIv8 with HM3 in the name (I can't put links due to be new in the forum). Instal ZIP from TWRP. That's it! :)

Dont's get me wrong guys, but your voting means nothing for Xiaomi. They got their own plans for each model. If You really want to vote go ahead for Android 7.0 ;). On the other hand it's easier to get better working on Android 5.1 which in my opinion is good enough.
