Strange - I havent had any issues thus far. What version of MIUI are you using? On another note, I have to say I have been pretty impressed by the battery so far - It's blown my HOX and Nexus 4 out of the water.

I havent had any hiccups yet, which I am happy to see. What launcher are you using? I've used ADW and LauncherPro in the past - giving Apex a try this round and liking it so far.
