Maybe you should try "xiaomi9" instead of "Xiaomi9". It worked for me as well as for some others here. -

I can confirm this. Xiaomi.eu TWRP doesn't start, the device goes directly into fastboot mode again. The "other" TWRP mod (TWRP-3.2.3-MI9-wzsx150-fastboot) sets the device name to "xiaomi9" (and not "cepheus") and so the flashing fails because of error E3004 (wrong device) :-( -

I had exactly the same problem since some versions. Cleaning data from the clock app only worked once. Finally I did a clean install, all fine now. -

I'm using 4.2.1 with "systemless mode" enabled in settings. Don't forget to activate system less host file (it adds the systemless hosts module) in Magisk. works fine... -

Nobody knows which device you're using. Additionaly I don't think this is the appropriate way to get things fixed for free. "OK GOOGLE" works perfectly for me :D -
