Yes thats right, but somehow you can backup / restore nvram contents?? How is the nvram programmed, are updates with normal roms included , which we can use ... ? Modify with Qualcom Tools seems to work, but for me the changed settings where not saved.

Thats very interesting. So the Baseband version is not the key... Someone with other ideas how to unlock lte bands or transfer the settings from international phone to non international one ?

Can you post your Baseband Version from your international Version ? May be there are differnt versions out there, and some of them had the issues. I dont have this issues here in germany. Telekom D1 , My Version is : ENNS_PACK-1.65 11.1.65529.3-V026 (non internation Redmi 3S) Sim Card insert...

Can someone with international version post his baseband version and may be a backup of this ? I have the normal Redmi 3S with 2GB Ram / 16 GB. My version is ENNS_PACK-1.65 11.1.65529.3-V026 and B20 is not working and i cannot unlock it via Qualcom Tool. The changed settings where not saved...

I can confirm this issues with the latest Google Play Services (9.8.77...) Version. Wipe & Reinstall does not solve the fc´s. (Redmi 3S) (german language)

I would like to try it, but i cannot find the QualcommTool.EXE on XDA or here. Do you have a download link ?
