    To Anybody having problems with volume panel i recommend this workaround, install volume styles apk and set it to miui. Works nicely and no touch problems with it.

    Pretty much every of these roms work on both versions of the mi pad 4. Each thread has their instructions. Just unlock the bootloader, install the twrp, backup the persist partition, and then, follow the instructions of the threads.
