Well I just decided to create a dedicated app for all the extras since not everyone may want/need a notepad app :) Plus a few people asked me to do it so I figured why not

It uses that info for a few things...the GPS can be used for local weather, music events, timezone info etc. The audio record is because I'm working on an audio recorder for it but I didn't include it in the initial release.

Do you mean change statusbar icon? Just enter a note/todo and go to the add statusbar option then select custom :)
