I can't believe it, that really worked. Pattern is no problem with TWRP. Does this mean this is a prob from TWRP not recognizing numbers for password correctly?

Surely. I mean for a fingerscan you need a pattern or passcode. This passcode will normally also apply for twrp. But when i enter mine, twrp tells me paasscode is wrong. i remove the passcode from system and can modify and access /data but when i set a passcode in android, i will not be able...
