If you have a backup you can get back to it. I did it accidently one time and nothing bad happened. Anti rollback is more for switching Android version I think.

Someone told me already that he updated xiaomi.eu with updater app and got the same problem. I made it manually from twrp on 2 devices and it was OK.

I did a buckup of xiaomi.eu before flashing China dev. And after I rostore it. You do the same or flash xiaomi.eu instead restoring backup.

I've never in my life wiped vendor. What I did: backup in twrp, flash China dev from pc, boot it, unlocked BL. Booted twrp from pc, flashed from recovery, factory reset due of no internal mamory. And restore backup. Video recording works fine. Thanks.

You can fix video recording by flashing China developer, unlocking bootloader, flashing twrp and xiaomi.eu again.

On redmi 6 pro video recording is not working since Android 9. 3 weekly builds passed and still not working.
