I also had this problems. Solved with clean install. Format data, reboot twrp, flash rom. Now it's working flawlessly.

Wipe data, reboot in recovery, copy rom to phone from pc, flash rom in recovery.

I'm also able to flash in twrp without problems with that version of twrp for K20 pro. The only downside is that the phone is decrypted. I don't see anything else. The phone is working flawless.

Nope. You need to wipe data partition in twrp before flashing.

Battery drain on mix 3. Wiping data from play service doesn't solve the problem. Also dirty flashing an older build doesn't work. Stuck with this build for now because I don't want to do a full wipe...

Mix 2s: alarm doesn't ring in silent mode. Only vibrate. I don't know if it's a bug or a change in the way the alarm works. Cleared clock data, changed the alarm ringtone to a local one, no results Also i noticed lags in scrolling different apps.

Yes you can but it's possible to experience some bugs, forced closings . Try it and if you have issues do a clean flash.

Can someone with mi6 tell me if the Bluetooth problems are solved. With previous oreo builds I've had a lot of issues when playing music trough my car audio ( player getting muted, song and artist not displayed )
