I do not know what but something seems to be different in the eu roms. I dont get the samsung gear apps installed and there is always an error message. I had the problem at the beginning already where described and then determined if first flash a Global Rom and then install Samsung Apps...

Someone noticed that samsung gear fit not working anymore with miui10? The samsung gear fit plugin cant be installed. Noticed that with miui9, too but with flash official EU rom first then it worked

Solution found :) root folder -->System-->Build.prop (file)-->add this three lines to bottom of that page ro.miui.region=CH ro.miui.region2=CN ro.product.locale.region=CH than save build.prop CH stand for Switzerland
