Are you not on miui 12 did your pass with the persist backup?? I have a backup here already made from my previous rom should i restore it? Thats how my magisk its and google its not certified.

Yeah bro sure did that, i install the zip via recovery, when i was on 11.0.7 my device pass saftynet also certified but now it nil

After new update i installed magisk manager again and it didt pass saftynet, dunno why.

Am using EU rom 11.0.7 bro, my device note 9pro joyuse.

Check your cord if its okay, also you can check if drivers are well installed on the pc, also activate usb debugging on developers option.

New version of the twrp you uploaded i have installed it flashed via the old twrp using image method, the design its okay buh still cant edit sytem files, like changing files permission

Yeah you can i had that issue then too, try use the .exe version of the twrp the issue its the twrp you install maybe you did it wrongly, try the .exe own and boot your phone straight to twrp, all solve.

Saw some complaine that it can backup or restore, check xda thread, also can i use old twrp which is the first one to install the img of the new one?

Didt do all this my device has been on L1 since the day i flashed 11.0.5 using twrp, so am still on L1

Installing that zip via TWRP you dont need to download the apk file again, because automatically it install in your device.
