Hello, I might be wrong but all the issues you stated are not happening on my Mi 11 Ultra. It looks like you might have either hardware issues or maybe a bad load and need a full wipe. the last thing is a question did you root the device, I didn't I am just trying to figure out your issues.

before you try the update command try "fastboot devices" without quotes to make sure the pc is seeing your phone

you might have to try it clean, i clean flashed my 11 ultra and nothing really glaring bad
