It takes a screenshot for me... If you hold home, there's a built in app killer when things are acting up. If you long press an icon, you can use your other finger to swipe home screens faster. You should check out the lockscreen music controls too.

This really needs to be implemented by the Chinese devs, I hope they read this. The iPhone has the best copy/paste function out of any phone.
