In fact i never used TWRP but i used always CWM...there are dedicated versions for cancro, if you search on the web it's simple to find them and you can flash it through updater, then you can make nandroid backups

I prefer to make a clean install and to do a full/deep wipe before flashing....i use custom recovery that cleans better than stock recovery

Power button issue on Mi3 has been solved?

Button power issue seem vanished

The team chose to give priority to mi2s....probably they using mi2 as a testing device to develop lollipop and they will release it for all the devices only when will be perfect.But for now is useless to continue to ask lollipop because is not scheduled and that's all.Anyway,kernel source code...
