mi 8 se Flashing EU Rom
Boot you phone into twrp from pc then select install. Then select your rom.zip and slide to confirm installing or you can select zip file from trump drive. If you still stuck you can find ton of guidance from youtube.- PingLee

Mi 8 Lite TWRP Decryption problem
Replace recovery with fresh boot.img(can extract from update .zip) then try to install twrp again. If this not solved there are one option left wipe all data include system and do again from first.- PingLee

Mi 8 Lite TWRP Decryption problem
Not twrp but OTA will boot into recovery before install an update. So when you need to install update download zip file and reboot to twrp manually.- PingLee
