    I use xiaomi.eu stable ROM version 8.2.1.0, same Sot: 6/7 hours. The best low battery consumation ROMs I ever used are xiaomi.eu Dev versions 6.11.x and 6.12.x.

    @shamllakn You can use Updater app to reboot in to recovery. Open the app and click on the three dots on the upper right: boot to recovery. If you have Xposed you can also use addons like Xmiui o Miui tweaks to activate advanced power off menu.

    I'm using stable Xiaomi.EU ROM (now version 8.2 and before 8.1) and I never had that problem. Sorry, I don't know how help you :/

    You don't need to reinstall all apps if you wipe just cache and dalvik cache [emoji6] . Only if you make a factory reset you have to do that. Usually, if you don't change developer branch (example from Dev ROM to Stable ROM) for upgrade you have to make just that two wipes.
