I'm also using redmi 3 pro and I can confirm this. At first i thought i clicked something wrong and had to log into everything again. I was using the official Chinese dev rom when it happened.

Thanks for your reply! I've got it all up and working now! I also installed Rootchecker and it says the device is rooted (via SuperSU)! I'm so happy with this ROM :)
