Hello, do I get it right that their is no version for the Mi4i? Or am I just too daft to find it?

There is an OTA for this ROM!? I thought I would have to install manually every single time. I think that's rather impressive.

Arghs. I see a problem. The Play Store and other Google Apps can be downloaded from the Miui Store after flashing this gapps.zip. Do you have the Miui Store in this version? Otherwise you might try googling for the apk. Sent from my Xiaomi using Tapatalk

Yes, I probably should, but I promised to stick to the beta team, so switching to your version now because it's more convenient would not really be nice. ;) It's a bit embarassing, but I got that solved by separately activating the location services for Google Apps in the settings. :/ Should...

For the Mi1s users: I still have a lot of bugs in the Chinese Miui beta, latest version of today. Location services don't work in many apps, and typing in landscape is buggy as well: The screen background doesn't get white, so in many apps it's impossible to type in landscape. Are these things...

I am not sure if Xiaomi did anything about it, but apparently the community was active. Right now location services don't really work, but the Google Apps all start and can be used. Very nice. Sent from my Xiaomi using Tapatalk

It doesn't work without the proper libraries to create a Google Account. The apps just close when you try to open them. Good if it worked for you. Depending on the ROM installed it won't. Sent from my Xiaomi using Tapatalk

Thank you, I'll walk th through with the beta and report to Miui what isn't working. So far I can say that the beta has big issues with the gapps as well. All beta testers are bothered about it, so I hope they'll do something about it. It's not that important for their Chinese market, where all...

Update: Miui v5 is in beta testing, and it already looks GOOD. Lots of small problems, but the phone is like new born when it comes to speed and smoothness. Sent from my Xiaomi using Tapatalk
