Do you have a problem with android system draining battery???

but before 2 roms this was not a problem what changed now??mi fitness global app waw working fine ...suddenly it could not be updated and because i unistalled it {i thought it was an app problem}i could not install it again not officially from play store nor as an apk

I don't know if this is a rom problem but my mi fitness app showed that could not update through playstore after I unistall it I could not even install it again.....in my other phones its ok......i tried through apk nothing (said that it was unofficial) is there sth that i can do???
