Hi, on Mi 9 I have had the same issue with WhatsApp. Make a backup of the WhatsApp folder. Deinstall it, Install it from Play Store. Then grant permission to read contacts always ( not only when in use ! ). Restore backup. good luck, it works for me. -

Hi, on Mi 9 the same issue. a) gestures are not working, you can make the demo, activate it, but gestures are not responding. b) recent apps queue is allway empty. c) Icon for VOVLTE was missing in Miui 11, same in Miui 12, VOLTE is working. Any how thanks to the team. -

Your Data Partition seemed top be encrypted. Put the files on an USB Stick, and flash it from there.- DrNeumann
