yea did that to me too... i think i unplugged and replugged so many times it actually got fried because it would never connect... (this was before we had testers lol) EDIT: what i do now is upload to dropbox and download to phone lol

I did include the kernel...and first you wipe data/factory reset..wipe cache and go to advanced -> wipe dalvik. now ****go back**** and choose install zip from sd =? choose zip from sd -> yes.. and your done. Flash rom above...and it is the same for kernels

damm lol i was getting 346 lmao after editing build.prop it went up to 1000...did you try editing the build.prop like i said?? or flash the rom above?? btw i deleted apps like term emulator, file explorer and gallery..im making a zip (not flashable with better ones il upload soon) im on my way...
