Since 7.2 stable Xiaomi locked the bootloader. You need to unlock it via sending request to Xiaomi. Search en.miui for more info.

Hi all, Is there any way to flash Xiaomi.eu Stable rom for Mi4c via MiRecovery, not via TWRP? For example, I'll install china dev rom and then a Xiaomi.eu without installing TWRP. If yes, which chinese rom sould I use? I would like to keep the MiRecovery as it is original. Best regards, Szymon
