Does the Mix 2S need a clean install? I did a dirty update but the device stuck at the boot animation! I had to downgrade to previous Version

Why is happening? Google Services seems to be installed so I just installed the Google PlayStore APK. Seems to works until now?

On Mix 2S miss the PlayStore. this happened with 8.4.12 and 8.5.4 too. Why? I'm the only one?

But it's yet available in MIUI 8 China Developer ROM 7.6.8 released today :(

So, today I felt enough brave to flash recovery and clarify that 1% of doubt in my mind: everything went fine! So even if your RedRice has not correct recovery and updater app is missing, your device should be original!

17076 point on AnTuTu (freshly installed from play store)... I'm starting to believe is original! Please, leave me a feedback/opinion :)

I'm with an HongMi bought on Aliexpress. It's seem original: screen resolution, quality, etc.. but I don't have any updater app and also the recovery is missing. Help me to understand if it's original and how update. Thx!!!!
