I'm not an expert. But I think I can answer you as my current understand: 3. No, the phone runs normal. Until now I don't find cons it depends on user point of view ( for example: this method uses more storages, a bit difficult to change between 2 systems if you don't use external switch app)...

I've tried this ROM, agree that sound much improved. But one point to consider that, if you have too different system, the one have viper enable, other not, when you switch to system that dont have viper, you should turn off viper in the other system ( if not headphone seem not to works). I...
