Well I've got this problem when I try flash another cm12.1 from miui.com, and someone says its failed because use TWRP to wipe system, when you finish wipe system, the system will mounted and cannot unmount. Maybe it have some bugs. By the way if you try this rom, try to use ivan's cwm recovery...
