Why don't they put it already under the screen? When you can make clear glass TVs with OLED just making screen that would have camera under and when the camera turns on the pixels around it turns off, so there is nothing blocking it. I have bad news for you. I am on global and tested my skullcandy and Siberia. Both are incredible laud and can't listen to it. Do you know if it was happening on default Chines ROM or Global? Maybe check if there isn't some settings where its lowered but I don't think that will be the problem...
