MI5S 4/128 The message app issue is now solved. ROM looks stable, well done team :)

MI5S 4GB/128GB I now have the Messaging APP not working anymore. I recall it was working after installing the ROM.... I have of course rebooted the system many times, but the error persists I have attached screenshots as well:

MI5S 4/128 all work fine, haven't noticed any battery drain whatsoever :) Keep up team ! One thing though, app KEEP from google, doesnt seem possible to take audio notes...but that's really a minor thing :)

Every thing appears to be running smoothly on my Mi5S with 7.1.19 ... So far nothing new on this new release, but appears quite stable. Maybe the battery life has improved slightly, just a feeling.... I experience time to time a screen with no response (I cannot click or open anything). I then...

I came from 6.11.3 version and so far all the DEV ROM features were missing: Automated tasks features In the task bar, being able to see all the buttons without having to scroll to the right etc...(I havent tested the home - notification swipe feature) I am not sure if they are ALL implemented...

Mi5s: ROM finally got some new features and looks very stable. I do not have the 4G issues mentioned by the other users (with the SLOT1 and SLOT2). Good to see some progress on the Mi5s, thanks team! AD

So far no feature was ever there for the MI5s DEVas they are trying to get it stable first. I guess that one makes no difference and appears to be coming with some issue while switching to edit mode on the screen. I guess we ll just have to be patient then :) Adrien

Nope, as standard as possible... To optimizie my batt, I was thinking using those mods made by ******** but I m not sure yet whether they are really working fine or not...seems like it's still a bit early for MI5S

Hi there, Using Mi5S 128GB, so far no changes at all brought by this release. This is the 3rd DEV release since phone what out, and so far almost no change with the STABLE. Regarding batt drain, I havn't noticed anything particular... Cheers, Keep up on good work XIAOMI.EU! AD

Update on MI5S worked. So far nothing really new on feature side :) The new transition animation is also not in the MI5S release... Waiting for developper to incorporate the DEV ROM features in MI5S. Cheers, AD
