You are in the wrong forums. Redmi Note 8 Pro is not supported by Xiaomi.EU due to its MediaTek Helio SoC which is known to hard brick. Maybe check out xda forums for your device. You are bound to find more useful information over there.

You shouldn't have any problems. Xiaomi's newer phones are pretty good when it come to supported frequencies. I live in Australia and use a Xiaomi phone, I have no such issues with my network carrier not supporting my phone.
