    Crashing random rebooting

Doesn't TWRP offer the possibility to erase all? AFAIK no need to relock the bootloader, I never had to do that anyway..

    Sleep Of Death On Mi4c

Replacing the battery (over a month and a half ago now) and using a "slow" charger have solved this problem. My wife's MI4c has never experienced this strange battery power drop and unexpected reboots again.

    Flashing Tutorial For Oreo

I have tried booting xiaomi.eu_multi_MINote2_8.3.15_v9-8.0 without the sim; Didn't work..:( About deleting the device @i.mi.com i am very reluctant. MULTI 8.3.15

No, after choosing the language it's only for a very, very brief moment that the WiFi setup screen is visible. It then closes automatically and then the "lockscreen of death" appears. So sad! I will try the en.miui.com Dev rom. Nope that one has the same fault.

You MIGHT need TWRP 3.2.1 for Oreo on MI Note 2. Problem with that version is the encryption yes/no choice that completely wipes your storage. I'm waiting for a OTG cable to make a backup to usb stick first. Verstuurd vanaf mijn Mi Note 2 met Tapatalk
