Hi, I wanted to update my redmi 4 pro with the latest version -> xiaomi.eu_multi_HM4Pro_7.2.9_v8-6.0.zip. But when I installed it with TRWP it was a fresh installation and all installed apps were gone. I thought It would always update the installed version when I install the weekly builds? thx?

Hi, I use the latest weekly build 7.1.12|BETA and I am not able to change some permissions e.g I want to remove the the microphone permissions for MI Remote + Music but it is not possible. The question comes then I press the Deny Anyway button and when I check it again the permissions are still...

ok - so in twrp i choose e.g. a weekly build and just install it and my apps and files will still be there. in twrp there is no update option?

Hi, Does someone know what the mab app is doing in the offical global rom (e.g. redmi 4 prime). I googled for that app but I couldn't find an answer and lots of other people are wondering what this is because it has a lot of permissions? Is this also in the xiaomi.eu version included? thx

When I update the xiaomi.eu version with TWRP then it is like a new installation - correct? So my files, photos etc. are still there but I always have to install my apps again?

Take the xiaomi flashing tool and the global fastboot rom. Did the same and it worked.

I just took the Global Fastboot ROM and flashed it with the XIAOMI flashing tool and it worked.
